Are you ready to start your career in retail? We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Work Readiness Pool and gain hands-on experience as a Retail Sales Assistant.

In this role, you will learn how to assist customers, handle cash transactions, keep the shop floor tidy and well-stocked, and work as part of a team. You'll develop important workplace skills like communication, time management, and customer service while earning a stipend.

This is a 12-month work readiness opportunity designed to help you build confidence, gain real work experience, and prepare for your future career in the retail industry.

• Matric certificate or currently completing Grade 12

• Good communication skills in English and at least one other South African language

• Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to work well with others in a team

• Basic numeracy skills for handling money and stock counts

• Reliable and punctual

• Must be between 18 and 34 years old

• South African citizen with a valid ID document

• No previous work experience required – we will train you!
